We want to be transparent when it comes to our ingredients. You can find the ingredients for each product on their main product pages (full bottles, candles, and lotion) or you can check out our full list of ingredients here. All of our fragrances are made with an organic alcohol base (derived from corn) and essential oil blends. If you would like more information please Contact Us!
When will you be releasing new fragrances?
We are working on them as we speak! We're working hand in hand with an expert perfumer to create beautiful new scents to expand your options. All natural fragrances do take time and precision to get them perfect. Don't worry we will make a HUGE announcement once they are available.

Can I change my order?
Yes, but we must be notified immediately. If your order has already been shipped we will not be able to make any changes. Please fill out a form through our Contact page!

Yes, but we must be notified immediately. If your order has already been shipped we will not be able to cancel it. Please fill out a form through our Contact page!
How do I change my address or credit card?
Login to your SCNT Account and hit edit info. From there you should be able to update any info you would like!
You must have an account created to make changes. If you do not have an account, simple create a new one using the same email entered during checkout.
I forgot my account password, what do I do?
Please click "Forgot Password?" on the account login, enter the email address used to place your order and click submit. You should receive an email to reset your password! If you have a subscription and cannot sign in, you may not have created an account during your first subscription purchase. You will need to create an account to access it using the same email entered during checkout.

What is your return and refund policy?
Being a small business limits us on certain products that can be returned or refunded. We appreciate your support and understanding with our policies, and we try to offer the best solutions for our customers. We will not be responsible for wrong addresses or wrong items ordered, so please double check your order before placing it.
Perfume: We offer a money back guarantee on all Sampler Duo + first time Sampler Set orders (Please order one of our sample options when trying new perfumes). Full bottles are non-refundable since we offer a sample option. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if there are any issues! For any damaged products, please send a photo to email@example.com.
Candles: May be returned if it has not been used. It must be returned in its original packaging to prevent damage in transit back. We will send you a shipping label and offer a refund once it is returned to us. Return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Lotion: Due to FDA regulations, our lotions cannot be returned. If there is an issue with your item, please contact us! Shipping costs will be deducted from refunds.
Totes: Each printed item is print per order, meaning it is printed for you! This limits us on returns, refunds, and exchanges. All misprints can be returned, refunded, or exchanged (please send an image of the damaged item).
All sale items are final. If your sale item is damaged, please contact us with images!
Can I change my subscription?
Yes! You can adjust your subscription at any time. Simply login to your account, then update your scent, frequency, and/or quantity. Subscriptions must be active for 3 months before cancellation.
If you have an issue logging into your account, please email us. You may not have officially created an account with your first subscription purchase and will need to do so.
Can I return my Amazon order?
Since Amazon handles orders purchased through them, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for Amazon orders. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to Amazon customer service!
How and where do you ship?
We currently ship worldwide via first-class through USPS. We unfortunately cannot ship to APO's, FPO's, or DPO's at this time.
How long will shipping take?
Your perfume/candle/lotion order will be fulfilled within 2 business days (this does not include holidays or weekends) and should arrive within 2-5 business days for US orders, and 4-10 business days for Canada orders. All tote orders will ship in 3-10 business days. A tracking number and delivery email will be sent to the email you provided.
*Due to Covid-19, there may be delays in your transit time. Please allow additional time for your package to be delivered.
Do you offer free shipping?
We do offer free shipping on all US orders or orders over $160. Shipping will be removed at checkout for qualifying orders. All other orders are subject to a $5+ shipping fee depending on location.
My package says delivered but it is not here?
Please make sure to check your mailbox since the package is small and can fit inside! USPS gets excited and marks packages as delivered before they are at your door. Please allow 2-3 additional business days for your package to arrive. If you do not receive it by then, please Contact Us for further assistance.

What types of payment do you except?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), PayPal, and Apple Pay
Do you offer discount codes?
Discount codes must be added during checkout. Discounts cannot be combined with other discounts or sale items. Discounts cannot be applied to marked down items. Certain discounts are not valid on bundle deals (Duo's, SCNT Set, + Body Bundle) since they are already discounted!
My discount code isn't working, what do I do?
If you are having an issue with your code please Contact Us. Please note discounts for sales cannot be applied to orders before or after the intended sale date. Discounts cannot be applied to marked down items.
